EU orders:
Please note that parcels are taking longer to arrive in Europe due to Brexit complexities.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, local sales taxes and administration charges. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be. Any orders cancelled, returned to sender, or refused due to customs fees and returned to us, will not be entitled to a shipping refund and will incur a 15% admin fee. 

There may also additional import duty on items produced outside the UK and the EU.
