How do I return an item?
Before sending an item back to us you should request a return via your customer account here or via your original order confirmation email. Please download this form to complete for returns. Please remember to include the returns form in your package.

Some items including socks, food items, earrings, and liquid items (eg perfume) are non-returnable. Please see below for more details.

Any request for a return must be made within 14 days of receipt. Goods should be returned within 28 days of receipt.

Please package up the goods you are returning safely together with the returns form and send to Returns, Cissy Wears, 89 Coal Drops Yard, London N1C 4DQ.

All items must be unworn, in their original packaging with all labels attached and in a mint / resellable condition.

Postage
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items. We would also advise that you use registered post (not special delivery).

We will not grant a refund on any product that fails to reach us.

Original and return postage is non-refundable unless an incorrect item was sent in error, in which case we will refund return postage if you send a copy of your receipt to help@cissywears.com, including the order number in your subject line.

If your item was eligible for free shipping, this cost (£3.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Online returns can be dropped off in-store, and subject to our usual online returns process, any refunds will be made to the original payment method.

International returns
All International returns parcels must be clearly marked as 'Returned Goods' and as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) on the outside of the parcel and on all customs documentation before shipping back to us. Your failure to do this may mean that your return does not reach us and / or that you may incur extra costs for import charges.

International customers will be liable for all return costs including but not limited to shipping, customs charges and any processing fees issued by the courier. On the occasion that Cissy Wears pays these fees on your behalf, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

We ask that you pay these prior to sending your return as this will be more cost effective for you.

Collect in-store orders
Failure to collect an order will result in a 15% restocking fee.

Non-returnable items
We cannot refund products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way, which includes removal and reattaching of labels. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or personal items such as underwear or socks due to hygiene reasons. All food and liquid items (eg perfume) are non-returnable.

Prints
Please note that each print is carefully inspected before being sent out and are always sent undamaged. We do not accept returns on prints that are damaged upon opening, so please open and remove your print carefully. We will not refund any returned prints that arrived back to us damaged.

Sale items
Any items in our Clearance promotions (i.e at more than 50% off) are non-returnable.

Faulty items
Please check all items as soon as you receive your order. If you are unhappy with anything you receive, please email us immediately at help@cissywears.com with a clear photo of the item, your name and order number as well as a clear description of the issue.

If any of your delivery is faulty, please contact us in this way via email before sending anything back to us.

In Store purchases
All items purchased in store are subject to Cissy Wears strictly no refunds policy. All exchanges are welcomed within 30 days with a valid receipt.

Processing your refund
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You will be credited for your returned items via your original method of payment.

Rate of exchange and bank fees
Cissy Wears is based in the UK and customers are charged in GBP. If you are an overseas customer, you may be charged currency conversion fees either by your bank or Paypal. When an item is refunded, the refunded amount may vary due to the current rate of exchange between GBP and your local currency and your bank may additionally take fees for exchanging currency. Please understand that for this reason, it is always possible you may receive less than the amount that you paid. This is beyond our control.

Right of refusal
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out here.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return any item you wish to refund, subject to our terms and conditions, and place a new order.
