Created by Amsterdam-based artist Milou Neelen, Hôtel Magique is all about mixing retro influences with a fresh, graphic twist. Her work takes cues from Parisian apartments, Americana motels, and Wes Anderson’s cinematic worlds – always bold, always playful, always memorable. Pool Lines is a perfect example: design-led, vibrant, and deceptively simple, with the power to transform a room.

Neelen’s path to Hôtel Magique began in fashion before a trip to the USA set things in motion. Discovering Japanese Momi paper sparked the first “Magique” artwork, and the rest unfolded from there. Today, her prints channel that same feeling of nostalgia and wonder – timeless pieces that make everyday spaces feel extraordinary.
