Bobo Choses Green/Blue Colour Block Sheepskin Chapka

Cold ears can ruin the mood surprisingly quickly.

This chapka is the sort of hat that solves that problem without looking remotely sensible. The fluffy borg fleece wraps right around the ears and neck, the clip fastening keeps everything where it should be, and the peak gives it that slightly retro outdoors feel that makes it much cooler than a standard winter hat.

The colour combination is brilliant too. Forest green, emerald, cobalt blue and deep navy shouldn't really work together, but they absolutely do. It feels bold without shouting, and looks just as good with a colourful Bobo outfit as it does thrown on with a plain winter coat.

I also like that it doesn't feel overly childish. It's got that technical, alpine-inspired look that older kids seem to gravitate towards, while still being soft enough that younger ones won't immediately try to pull it off.

This is one of those accessories that ends up defining an outfit. Even if they're bundled up in last year's coat, this instantly makes everything feel fresh again.
