Bobo Choses Baby Long Puff Body

This is exactly the sort of baby piece we can't resist.

The little Long Puff character is just so odd. It's fluffy, smiley and completely random, which is exactly why it works. Bobo Choses always seem to come up with characters that feel like they belong in a child's imagination rather than on a mood board.

I also love that they haven't put it on a bright colour. The soft oatmeal marl makes the whole thing feel calmer, so the print gets to be the fun part. It feels quite timeless, even though the illustration is anything but.

It's also a body that doesn't feel too "baby". I know that sounds strange, but some baby clothes can end up looking a bit over-the-top. This feels much cooler. Add little leggings, knitted trousers or dungarees and you're done.

The shoulder poppers are a nice touch too. They make dressing so much easier when you've got a baby who has suddenly decided getting changed is the worst thing that's ever happened to them.

We bought this because it made us smile. That's usually a pretty good sign.
