Tom & Boy Green Joggers

Forget everything you know about traditional joggers. Tom & Boy have taken the familiar sweatshirt trouser and given it the proportions of a pair of oversized Japanese workwear pants, in the loveliest pale mint green.

Part of the Toy Department AW26 collection, these are all about shape. Wide through the leg, slightly cropped at the ankle and with a gentle curve to the silhouette, they're a long way from the usual cuffed tracksuit bottoms.

Made from sweatshirt fabric with an elasticated waistband, they have a relaxed, almost sculptural shape, with subtle seams running down towards the hems. The pale green is an unusual choice for autumn, which is exactly what makes it so appealing.

In the AW26 campaign, they're worn with everything from a green and cream striped top with floral sleeves to the collection's checked seersucker dress. I love that combination of a dress over trousers, especially with chunky shoes and contrasting socks.

They also look fantastic with the matching Toys Sweatshirt, although there's no need to wear them as a set. The colour works beautifully with chocolate brown, navy, red and all those slightly muddy autumn shades.

Comfortable enough for everyday wear, with a shape that makes them far more interesting than your average pair of joggers.
