Sonny Angel Animals Series 1

The original Sonny Angel line-up — animal hats, small wings, and that same fixed expression that’s either completely neutral or slightly judging, depending on the angle.

Series 1 is the classic mix: rabbit, elephant, frog, lion, panda and the rest, each one built the same way with a different headpiece doing all the work. The proportions are unchanged — compact, smooth, and easy to line up without taking over a shelf.

They come boxed blind, so you won’t know which one you’ve got until it’s open. There are 12 in the set, plus the chance of a secret, which is usually the one people end up trying to track down afterwards.

The finish is matte with simple painted details — nothing overly glossy or overworked — which is part of why they sit so easily alongside other things without looking out of place.

Small enough to tuck into gaps, line along a shelf, or end up scattered across a desk once they’ve been opened.
