The full onesie version really shows off this print. That soft pistachio green covered in tiny coral hearts is such a good combination, especially with the brighter coral stitching tracing all the way around the wrap front, neckline, cuffs and ankles. Sweet, yes, but not remotely wishy-washy.

It’s made from soft organic cotton in that beautiful fine pointelle, with tiny openwork details running in stripes through the fabric. There’s enough texture to make it interesting even before you get to all those little hearts.

The wrap front is particularly good for newborns. Rather than having to pull anything over their head, it opens across the body and fastens with poppers, making dressing and changing much less of a performance. Long sleeves and full-length legs give plenty of coverage without needing to add lots of separate layers.

I think the coral edging is what makes the whole thing. Such a tiny detail, but against that green it’s perfect.
