Grey Melange Cocoon

Our patented Hvid Baby Cocoon is one of those pieces parents return to again and again. Inspired by traditional swaddling, it gently recreates the secure, comforting feeling of the womb, helping babies feel calm and settled while still allowing natural movement.

Seamlessly knitted from 100% extrafine Italian merino wool, it’s beautifully soft, breathable and naturally antibacterial, making it ideal for delicate or sensitive skin, including babies prone to eczema. Merino wool regulates temperature effectively, helping keep your baby cosy without overheating, and is suitable for year-round daytime use.

The clever adjustable knot allows the cocoon to grow with your baby. Positioned higher for newborns and gradually lowered as they grow, it ensures a snug, safe fit at every stage. Arms can be tucked inside or left free, and the cap can be worn or removed depending on comfort.

Made in Belgium in a small family factory and finished in a sheltered workshop, this cocoon is designed for supervised daytime use only. Perfect for feeds, stroller walks, calming evening moments, cuddles on the sofa or after-bath warmth. 

Please note, this cocoon is not intended for sleeping at night and should always be used under supervision. To care for it, machine wash on a cold wool cycle at low speed or wash gently by hand in cold water. Do not tumble dry.
