Sledding Bunny Glass Christmas Ornament

This bunny is having a considerably better winter than the rest of us. Wrapped up in turquoise earmuffs, a matching scarf and tiny red mittens, they’re heading downhill on a silver sledge with absolutely no sign of concern.

The details make this one. There are pink boots tucked up at the front, glittery blue earmuffs, silver trim on the scarf and a wonderfully pearly finish to the bunny itself. Even the sledge has been painted with little runners and a wood-effect handle. It has the feel of an old-fashioned storybook illustration turned into a Christmas decoration.

Made using traditional mouth-blown glass techniques, each ornament is individually hand painted and finished by hand, so small variations between pieces are part of its character. The pearlescent glass, metallic paint and glitter details catch the tree lights beautifully.

Ready to hang with a cord and supplied with a gift tag, it makes a lovely Christmas present for rabbit lovers, winter sports fans or anyone collecting unusual glass Christmas ornaments.
