Casa Bosques Chocolate is founded on the deep exploration of the history, methods, origins, and culture surrounding chocolate. From tree to bar, every step in our chocolate-making process reflects the same care and attention that farmers dedicate to tending and harvesting each heirloom cacao bean. We partner with smallholder farms throughout Mexico and Latin America, focusing primarily on a single ranch in Pichucalco, Chiapas, to ensure a close connection to the land and the farmers. Our chocolate is crafted from just two simple, ethically sourced ingredients: heirloom cacao beans and organic cane sugar. By keeping our ingredients pure, we allow the complex tones, flavours, and nuances of each cacao variety to shine through. We never use emulsifiers, artificial flavourings, or preservatives. Instead, we prioritise authenticity, quality, and sustainability, ensuring that each bar offers a true reflection of its origins. From sourcing to production, every step is done with care to create a uniquely flavourful chocolate that honours tradition and craftsmanship.
