Child in Pink Glass Christmas Ornament

A rosy-cheeked little child bundled up in pink, clutching a shiny red Christmas bauble in gold mittens. It has all the charm of an old-fashioned Christmas illustration, right down to the tiny painted curls peeking out from under the hood.

The pale pink snowsuit is edged with glittering gold, with an enormous metallic gold scarf, ruby red shoes and a beautifully painted face. The combination of sugary pink, red and gold is unapologetically festive and looks especially lovely once the tree lights are on.

Handcrafted in Ukraine, each ornament is individually mouth blown from German glass before being painted by hand using vibrant Italian paints. Every piece is finished individually, so the tiny variations from one to another are part of its handmade character.

Presented in a gift box for keeping safely between Christmases, this is one to bring out year after year. A beautiful gift for a new baby or child, or for anyone collecting nostalgic, vintage-style glass Christmas decorations.
