Joyeux Noel Die Cut & Foiled Christmas Greeting Card

A little French Christmas for the person who’d rather be in Paris.

Powder blue and chocolate brown stripes form a big curved arch across the top of this Christmas card, set against a deep rust-brown background with a tiny gold “joyeux noël” underneath. No Christmas trees, no mistletoe, no snow. It doesn’t really look like a Christmas card at all until you read it, which is rather the point.

The colours feel warm and wintry without being traditionally festive, and the oversized arch gives the whole thing a lovely retro, almost architectural feel. It’s simple, unusual and especially good for anyone who appreciates a Christmas card that can sit on the mantelpiece without immediately turning the room into Santa’s grotto.
