Jellycat Timmy Turtle

Timmy Turtle is not impressed. Not with the noise, not with the fuss, and certainly not with whatever chaos everyone else seems to think is a good idea.

Some Jellycats bounce through life with wide-eyed optimism. Timmy prefers a slower, more sceptical approach. Loud cinemas, complicated DIY projects, and the general madness of Christmas shopping are firmly on his list of Things That Really Shouldn’t Exist.

Still, beneath that famously grumpy expression is a surprisingly lovable character. His sturdy little shell, soft limbs and permanently unimpressed face make him one of those Jellycat personalities people instantly recognise. Equal parts comic relief and reluctant companion, Timmy has a way of quietly stealing the spotlight.

He’s wonderfully squishy, reassuringly solid, and the kind of plush that becomes a favourite far faster than expected. The grumpiness is mostly theatre, really — give him a comfortable spot, a bit of peace and quiet, and maybe a friend who understands the value of a good sulk.

Spend a little time with Timmy Turtle and you’ll soon see there’s a softer side hiding under that shell.

He just prefers not to advertise it.
