Chalet Xanadu Candle

Imagine an Alpine chalet in the 1970s. Snow piling up outside, a roaring fire, someone making very generous cocktails and absolutely no intention of going skiing tomorrow.

Chalet Xanadu by Wary Meyers is Christmas in the mountains, but with better music and considerably more glamour. Warm cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and anise bring all the familiar smells of winter, while soft woods and amber give it a rich, slightly mysterious finish. Spicy, warm and a little bit decadent. More après-ski party than wholesome winter walk.

It's a gorgeous scented candle for the colder months, particularly if you like traditional Christmas spices but want something a little less predictable. Light it on a dark evening, pour yourself something good and pretend you're somewhere in the Alps with a rather fabulous crowd.

Hand-poured in small batches at the Wary Meyers studio in Maine, USA, using premium paraffin wax, a cotton wick and phthalate-free fragrance oils.

8 oz (approx. 227g) with a burn time of approximately 45 hours.
