Becksöndergaard Hot Fudge Brown Opany Triangle Scarf

Hot Fudge Brown might be the colour that makes the Opany feel most like clothes rather than an accessory.

It’s a deep, chocolatey brown that gives the delicate pointelle knit a completely different character. The openwork pattern is still there, as is the scalloped edge running around the triangle, but against this darker shade they become texture rather than decoration. Add the soft halo of mohair and it has that slightly shaggy, tactile finish that makes a simple brown knit suddenly much more interesting.

The 46 x 135cm triangular shape means there are plenty of ways to wear it. Wrapped around the neck it sits almost like an extra piece of knitwear, but it can just as easily be draped over the shoulders or tied around the waist. The long pointed ends make even a simple knot look good.

Made from 67% mohair and 33% nylon, it’s wonderfully light for something that adds this much warmth and texture.
