Becksöndergaard Cashmere Rose Elyris Diamond Scarf

Pink can go one of two ways. It can feel sugary, or it can feel grown-up. This definitely falls into the second camp.

The deep berry print against that soft cashmere rose background stops it feeling overly pretty. It's floral, but not delicate. There's enough contrast to give it some edge, which is probably why I like it. It feels more like something you'd find in a vintage boutique than a typical floral scarf.

The diamond shape is a nice detail too. It's slimmer than a square scarf, so it sits neatly around your neck without loads of fabric to wrestle with. I'd probably wear it with a simple knit or white T-shirt and let it do its thing. It would also look great tied into your hair or wrapped around a bag handle if you just want a hit of colour.

It's made from a beautifully smooth fabric with a lovely drape, so it ties easily and doesn't feel bulky. Those are the little details that make the difference with scarves. If they're awkward, you stop wearing them.

This one isn't trying to be the loudest thing in your wardrobe. It just adds enough colour, pattern and personality to lift everything else.
