Celebrate life’s important moments, big or small, with Wednesday's Domaine 0.0% Éclat. Crafted from a beautiful Verdejo from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain, this sparkling white wine showcases vibrant zip and zing.
Our wines are gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology, then blended with a handful of natural ingredients. Held under pressure in tank for a minimum of 24 hours, Éclat develops its delightful effervescence, ensuring every sip is a festive experience, alcohol-free!
Whilst EU regulations state anything below 0.5% ABV is considered “alcohol free”, we would always recommend seeking a doctor’s advice should you have any concerns, as well as following NHS guidelines.
