Blue Milk Air Freshener

Milk in the car. Not usually something we’d recommend.

Thankfully this one is an air freshener. Shaped like a little old-school milk carton, complete with striped straw, it smells of Crème de Lait — creamy, sweet and soft, without veering into sickly.

The pale lilac, blue and white packaging is particularly good. It has the look of an old corner-shop milk carton, redrawn and made slightly ridiculous, right down to the handwritten MILK across the front. Hang it from the rear-view mirror and it does its actual job too, adding a soft, sweet fragrance to the car rather than one of those aggressively tropical scents that announces itself the second you open the door.

It doesn’t have to live in the car either. Hang it in a wardrobe, cupboard or any small space that could do with smelling a bit nicer.

Small, useful and just strange enough. An excellent stocking filler, new-driver present or tiny gift for someone who appreciates good packaging almost as much as what’s inside it.
