Roller Skating Waitress Glass Christmas Ornament

She’s serving burgers and milkshakes on roller skates, wearing a hot pink blouse, turquoise skirt and tiny white boots. Christmas decorations do not get much more fabulous than this.

This glass waitress looks like she’s skated straight out of a 1950s American diner, balancing a burger and pink milkshake on one hand while somehow managing not to spill either. Look closely and there’s a tiny menu tucked into her apron, red wheels on her skates and an impressive amount of glitter and metallic detailing throughout.

Made using traditional mouth-blown glass techniques, each ornament is individually hand painted and finished by hand. The combination of bright pink, turquoise, silver and red makes her particularly good once the Christmas tree lights are on, and slight variations between pieces are part of the handmade finish.

Ready to hang with a cord and supplied with a gift tag, she makes a brilliant Christmas present for roller skaters, diner obsessives, food lovers and anyone with a weakness for retro Americana.
