Mini Rodini Kittens Tee

These kittens have the slightly suspicious expressions of cats who have absolutely been up to something. Alternating red and green across a warm caramel-coloured T-shirt, each one sitting very neatly with a little cream bow at its neck while looking anything but innocent.

It’s the colour combination that makes this one. Red and green could very easily head in a Christmas direction, but against that warm golden tan it feels completely different – richer, stranger and much more interesting. The kittens are nicely spaced too, so you get plenty of the base colour showing between them rather than one solid wall of print.

The shape is simple, with a round neck, short sleeves and a straight fit. Nothing competing with the print, which is exactly right here. And because the colours have a bit of depth to them, I can see this carrying on well beyond T-shirt weather with a long sleeve top underneath.

I’d put it with dark denim, brown cords or something bright blue. Definitely one for children who prefer their cats with a little bit of attitude.
