Majani's Scorza Fondente Agrumi combines rich 60% dark chocolate with bright citrus flavours, giving the chocolate a lovely balance of bitterness and freshness. Its distinctive rough, layered appearance is inspired by tree bark, which is exactly what scorza means in Italian.

Made by Majani, the historic Bologna chocolatier founded in 1796, Scorza is one of Italy's oldest and most distinctive chocolates. The original recipe dates back to 1832, and its unusual layered texture is quite unlike a conventional chocolate bar.
