Amsterdam-based creative Milou Neelen, the visionary behind Hôtel Magique, takes inspiration from Parisian apartments, Americana motels, and the cinematic world of Wes Anderson. Originally a fashion designer, Milou transitioned into illustration and print design, launching Hôtel Magique after a trip to the USA. Inspired by a large piece of Japanese Momi paper, she first designed a wall canvas to bring the magic of a hotel into her home. That idea evolved into a globally loved art and lifestyle brand, celebrating bold design, nostalgia, and everyday magic.
