Snow Woman With Wreath Glass Christmas Ornament

This snowman has dressed for Christmas and absolutely committed to it. Red glitter earmuffs, a pink glitter collar, a bow on her head and a wreath almost as big as she is. More is more.

Made from blown glass using traditional glassmaking techniques, each ornament is individually hand painted, with tiny details picked out in glitter. The pearly white finish gives her that lovely vintage Christmas decoration look, while the rosy cheeks, painted lashes and slightly mischievous expression stop her becoming too sweet.

She’s carrying a green Christmas wreath finished with red berries and an enormous bow, with little amber boots peeking out underneath. There’s a lot going on here, in the best possible way.

Finished with a hanging cord and gift tag, this is one for Christmas trees that favour character over coordination. She also makes a brilliant gift for collectors of unusual glass Christmas ornaments, vintage-style decorations and anyone who firmly believes glitter counts as a neutral at Christmas.
