Thick-cut, golden and properly crunchy, these Orange Walnut Biscotti are handmade in Tuscany using a farmhouse recipe passed down through a chef’s grandmother — her version of an old country favourite.

Sulphite-free candied orange peel threads through each slice alongside local fresh walnuts, with a touch of Grand Marnier adding quiet depth rather than sweetness. Local honey softens the crumb, while organic butter and eggs give richness without heaviness. Everything is made in small batches by a family bakery that still works slowly and by hand.

They’re satisfyingly chunky — the kind that soften just enough when dipped into strong coffee, or hold their snap with afternoon tea. Not overly sweet, not delicate. Rustic in the best way.

A traditional Tuscan biscuit, made with simple ingredients and a recipe that’s already proved itself.


Material: WHEAT flour, sugar, organic EGGS (IT BIO 009), WALNUTS 10%, organic BUTTER (IT BIO 006), honey, candied orange peel 3% (orange peel, glucose & fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), natural orange flavouring 0.2%. May contain traces of almond, hazelnut, pistachio. The wheat coudl contain possible traces of soya.

Care: Store in a dry place away from heat and light.
