The Smudge Balloons Greeting Card is part of The Design Dealership’s Smudge range, a collection that leans into loose, painterly illustration and off-beat colour combinations. A small character stands anchored at the bottom of the composition, holding a cluster of hand-drawn balloons that spell out “Birthday” in soft, chalky lettering.

The artwork has a deliberately imperfect feel — textured brush marks, uneven edges and layered colour give it warmth without tipping into sweetness.
