Rattle & Hiss Bandana

Some things seem to get better the longer you own them. A favourite denim jacket, a well-travelled canvas tote, a bandana that's been tied around bags, worn on beach days and stuffed into coat pockets for years. Rattle & Hiss has exactly that sort of feel.

Illustrated by California artist Nuri Amanatullah, the design borrows from classic western imagery without feeling costume-y. Snakes weave around antlers, roses bloom between desert scenes, and riders gallop across a rich coral backdrop that manages to feel both vintage and strikingly modern. There’s plenty to discover in the details, which only seem to reveal themselves the longer you look.

Made from GOTS-certified organic cotton and sustainably produced in India, it's soft from the start and generously sized at 21 x 21 inches. Wear it around your neck, tie it in your hair, knot it onto a bag strap or use it as a pocket square. It also looks pretty brilliant pinned to a wall between adventures.
