Then it makes complete sense.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cacao is single origin, so rather than blending beans from different places to create one uniform flavour, this bar is very much about where it comes from. Rich without being aggressively bitter, with a softer, fruitier finish than you might expect from a 70%.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnd then there’s the packaging.
